Q: How do I Place an Ad?

Simply click on the link on the left menu to List Home. You will be taken to a menu of plan that are available.  Select the plan that best suits your needs and/or budget.

Q: How much does it cost to place an Ad?

There are several Plans available with different price options.  You may also try our Basic Plan for 14 days FREE of charge.

Q: How do get my home listed as a Featured Property?

If you choose a plan that is higher than the Basic Plan, you property will be a Featured Properties.  Featured Properties are randomly displayed on the home page as well as the main listing page.  The number of times your property is displayed will depend on the number of featured properties at one time.

Q: When do I get to add my photos?

If you choose a simple Text Listing, you will not be able to ad a photo.  If you choose any other package you will be able to add your photo once you have created your property listing.  Once you create your property listing, go to edit listings and you will be given the option to edit/upload photo's.

Q: How do I Upload my photo's?

Once you have created your listing, simply select edit listing from the menu.  Then select you listing.  One the left side you will see a link to upload your photo's.  Select the photo from you computer and click Upload.  You may also choose which order your photo's display.

Q: Can I change my photo's?

Yes.  You simply delete the photo you wish and upload a new one.

Q: What size photos and type of photo's are allowed?

Your photo's need to be in a JPG format.  The system will automatically size the photo to display properly.

Q: Can you upload my photo for me?

Our system is very simple to use.  We are happy to answer any questions and help but we are not able to upload you photo's.  if you are having trouble please see our Live Help button or open a Trouble Ticket.

Q: If I lost my user name or password information, what should I do?

If you can not remember you User Name, please contact us through Live Help or open a Trouble Ticket.  If you have lost your password, you may enter your user name or email address and it will be emailed to you.

Q: How do I cancel my ad?

Simply log into your account and change your ad to an inactive status.  You ad will then no longer display.  Your membership will then expire at it normal time. If you choose, you may renew your subscription to keep your Ad running.

Q: Why do you allow agents featured on your site?

We want to provide a place for consumers to view various properties.  This keeps them coming back to the site.  Also, it allows for good comparisons on properties.  Buyers expect that For Sale by Owner properties are cheaper than Listed Properties.  This way they can compare.
